Where should we look for a home? We did not know. But God had a plan!

In 2021, God gave us a desire, and then a vision, to create safe sanctuaries for endangered new believers. We had no idea where God wanted these homes.

Acts NINE was established in December 2021. Then, God led us, step by step, to a home in a community in the countryside. It just “so happened” the community is a place where friends from the past had moved 30+ years before.

God reconnected us with these friends. Their kids were now adults with spouses of their own. As we discovered the needs of this first safe home, we learned that among the members of this family, there were those whose skills, or connections could help us take care of those needs, honestly and skillfully!

Time and again, something would come up, we’d mention it to a member of this family, and they would direct us to a trusted resource! It was amazing! The details are too many to even list here!
